> In order to return products online, you can log in to your account and go on the « Order history and details » page.

> Then click on your order reference.

> The page will extend, and in the « Merchandise Return » segment, check the product(s) of your order that you wish to return. In the text box, write the reason of your return (it will allow us to manage your return more efficiently) :

– Change size (with the new size you wish to receive)

– Error in my order (if a wrong product or color was sent to you)

– I changed my mind, I no longer want this product and would like a refund

> Then click on the « Make an RMA slip » button, your request will then have to be confirmed by our teams.

>Once our teams have confirmed your return, the status of your return will change into « awaiting your package », and you will be able to print out your return slip in the « My merchandise returns » section of your account.

Please note that the returns are at the customer’s expense unless we made an error in your order.

We will send you the products you asked for in return once we receive your package. If we are out of stock of the products you want, we will then contact you to find a solution.
